Those thick sturdy stalks seem to be a trait of plants grown in hydro, I wonder if it has to do with the substrate not being as solid as soil, so they make up for it in the stalk.

Hydro seems cool, but I can’t see how I would get around not using ro/di water. Ro water is too wasteful for me unless you can capture that runoff and use somewhere else, I’m not a plumber so I don’t see that happening for me

Not sure about it being organic or what makes it organic if it is. I like how Scott Ostrander stands by his nutes, and explains with a scientific approach about how his nute line works. I’m definitely going to heed your advice and make sure I don’t have any nutrient toxicity showing up.

It’s an akaline earth metal, not seeing it’s a salt bud. Nectar line is not nitrate based like a lot of nutrient lines, I did my homework on this one

Bloom Khaos is what drives the Nectar line it just has Bloom in its name, it’s a calcium facilitator and their whole line is calcium based instead of salt based. Without the bloom khaos the plants don’t optimally uptake the calcium from the rhizosphere. Looking for a gal with Callipygous not...

Grow update, this is day 12 of growth from seed. I fed them again today with a dilute regiment of Nectar for the Gods line(pH'ed to 6.4), and Foliar sprayed Khaos Bloom(pH'ed to 6.2). So far so good, I'm trying to nurse one that was injured earlier in its seed development back to health...
