    Lollipops - vegetable glycerine vs vegetable oil

    I generally just use vegetable oil as the base for all my edibles .. but Im keen to make lollipops and the recipe is calling for alcohol or glycerine tincture. My question is >> can I substitute a vegetable oil tintincture for the vegetable glycerine tincture ? TIA
