Ballin' On a Budget- THE RECIPE

To much N in the “recipe”?

Little white bugs running around the top layer of my coco.

I follow the directions for pH and buffering Coco on the Coco for cannabis website. Has done me good so far.

That new growth is starting to look pretty healthy.

Are springtails really worth the trouble? I thought they don’t do much damage to plants anyway? Mostly just eating decaying organic matter. I could be wrong though.

Ballin' On a Budget- THE RECIPE

Sometimes local tap will have Ca or Mg present in a form unavailable to plants. I use Ca acetate to boost my elemental Ca. Bulk supplements.com is a good place to source it.

Ballin' On a Budget- THE RECIPE

@ezenzyme. What are you currently feeding? I’m still running the recipe on a few clones in my veg tent as well as my own salt formulations and ratios on a few others. In my flower tent I’m running Dr Earth dry amendments.

Ballin' On a Budget- THE RECIPE

I agree. Everyone says I just got a dud clone and to start something new but, when I tested for brix, it was extremely low. Now I’m obsessing over if the clone was just a dud or, if it had something to do with the nutes. I’m now running the same clone in organic amended soil to see if that...

Also, just googled Massive as I never heard of it before. Is it similar to Recharge?

Ballin' On a Budget- THE RECIPE

@Aqua Man. Are you currently running this recipe? Do you bother to check for brix at all? Reason I ask is, I ran this two runs back and my finished product was lacking in flavor. Plants looked very healthy but, when I tested for brix, it never got above 5%. Only difference was I used Armour Si...

So what Ec should I be feeding in coco?

I would like to know more about this organic living salts stuff. I use silica, raw salts, and fulvic. What are these ligand things you speak of and what’s a good source?

Is this insect good or bad?

Yes. That is a leaf hopper or, leaf miner. They feed by sucking the juices from leaves. Probably won’t do much damage on his own but, they could be a nuisance.

So what Ec should I be feeding in coco?

You wouldn’t happen to have the elemental ppm numbers for the HGV blend your running now? Would like to compare them to my current mix.

So what Ec should I be feeding in coco?

I stopped using bricks awhile back. Even with charging and buffering I would get deficiency and pH issues. Was using cyco 70/30 but that shit is expensive. Ran fox farms cultivation nation 70/30 coco/ perilite blend these past few runs. Got a few bags real cheap a couple months ago but, they...

I’ve heard good things about HGV. Definitely going to give them a closer look.
