I've also switched between venerate and grendevo in the past. These might be better options than spinosad. They are more expensive and aren't something you can just walk into your hardware store and buy like you can with spinosad. All three are considered organic biologicals.

Is the DE placed on top of the soil working at killing them? That would be my first choice. Worse comes to worse I'd do a soil drenching with spinosad. Those are some dark looking plants! I've grown GDP a few times myself. First time I ever smoked purple weed was GDP. I actually have some F2 GDP seeds in my collection that a friend of mine produced on Molokai back in 2012ish. Hopefully I'll get around to popping them eventually.
