How much does an ounce of weed cost in China?
i work on every thing,just a hobby,still learning as i go hahahah but before i buy most anything im going to fix or thrash it,got little parts every were the eye can see lmao,pack ratting pays off every now and then,lolIf you started your own thread and update it with money saving alternatives to the expensive crap out there, I’d follow it.
i can only check on them once every three days :( . maybe i should lift the dome lid so it sits half a inch above the tray25º C or 23º C would be better but think more important to not have soggy soil
and ventilate every day
its hard to buy that kind of thing without a record of it, maybe i'm being overly paranoid but . . . .OP if you can find it in China buy some Wilson's rooting Gel. It has a fungicide in it that prevents fusarium and damp off disease. Also lower your temp in the dome, and pre boil the water used for hydrating the rooting cubes. You should also clean the scissors you take the cuttings with in alcohol. Additionally you could also prebake wet peat pucks at 250 for an hour to sterilize them. I also mix a bit of wilsons gel into the boiled water for hydrating the cubes with as well.
i think your right, but it's too cold in the room . . . it's been getting warmer though not ideal for cloning yet. F#&$ how do i warm up these clones without having to heat the whole room.After thinking about the temps and using the dome...the warm soil gives off a lot of water vapor, while the interior of the dome is cooler than the ground. With the dome in place, you will get a LOT of condensation running off of the dome, plus it will probably be 100% relative humidity inside the dome, which is way to wet for my preferences. I'm not familiar with using one of these systems for rooting, like @JWM2 says, I usually just put a cutting into a small water glass with an inch of water in it. My thoughts are that the temps are a bit too high, which makes everything steamy, like a jungle. Mold/mildew love steamy atmospheres. If you lower the Rh a little, then the fungus, etc won't be able to take hold as easy.

the forced wind i came up with from having to dodge contractors that the kids hire to do shit,got so damn tired of trying to hide the shit,the last place they would think of looking is were it is hot as hell and the clutter in my utility room from tools weed whackers chainsaws and such keep um away,to much work involved in that room for anyone to just come by and say high,hahahah actual work scare shit out of folk lmao,but ya 2 years ago i was doing a outdoor run under cover,hurricane on the way,so i put up a make shift camo net over them and just the drop in temp from being in soaring heat of the sun they started kicking ass,even let my male stay with them threw the hurricane,he was a horny boy and pollenated all 3 of the girls,that bad boy hahahah,the canopy and plants took 65 mph winds and rain and finished out giving me some fine seeds,bluedream and acupoco gold,damn fine herb,mix turned out well for this old hillbilly lmao
ive never had any luck using them domes,i figure the high ass dollar clone machines cost so much what the hell i make one,works very well,ive done just about every veggie and all my girls,start a new strain and take cuts,by the time they root, veg,flower,ive done 2 difrent sets of cuts,so if i like the smoke,i already have the first set cuts in flower and second set cuts in veg,so if i like it,keep up with the cuts and roll like a frieght traini feel like the cold temps stop the clones from rooting it's easier for me to clone in the warmer temps

i've built one before with a 18L hempy bucket. some strains cloned better than others, some strains would not clone. i typically don't run dwc cloning system in the winter, too hard to keep warm. room temps can drop to 5 celsius.I saw a guy make a cloner from an aquarium pump and nerf darts. It is in another forum but if you can search around...
