10000K MH lamp whether it will make a plant of slow growth?

I use 10000K MH lamp cultivation of vegetables a month.Until now the growth of the six pairs of true leaves.Growth rate is slow?What kind of MH lamps should I use?PHLIPS MHN-TD 842 4200K can support plant growth?

10000K...? yea don't use that... the 4200k will do better.

Check out whatever you consider to be the best horticultural lamp and see what they use. EYE is a good brand, I'm sure Philips Lighting has their own horticultural division, you should check out their website to see what they recommend.

In Veg look for a blue around the 6500 degree range.

There is no need to check out Phillips Lighting's website just to know what color bulb to use for veg. 2 people already said 6500 and 4200, IMO both would be great and I don't think you would see any real significant difference between the 2.
