1400 watt Vertical Coco Trees Med Grow w/room build

Hi everyone,
Im dirty drew this is my first posting on this site, just moved from icmag because of tech difficulties. Looking forward to a lot of good ideas on improving my set up, so help out if you can! I have been growing for about 8 months and have medical which means 15 plant max.....so trees is what i will have to grow but i have been dependent on my lowly 400 watt hps for months now with a 125w cfl for veg....not exactly tree material! Anyways i have ordered a new 1000w which i plan to add ontop of the 400w i have now, both in cool tubes vert styles.

Ok heres the set up,

Veg-
125 watt CFL veg spectrum
2' x 4' by 5' tall tent (been used as flower tent until i built the new room)

Flower
400 watt digi HPS with cool tube
6' x 6' by 7' tall "room"
6 inch hydrofarm fan

Medium+Nutes
Coco Coir (some roots organic some brick)
RezDog Recipe + some calmag

Girls-
At the moment all TRAINWRECK from my mum plant looking to get more soon.


So let start at the building of the room! I know its not up to code but f it I don't know how to build.

Update!

Ok it has been a while but an update is due.

I have added a few things to the set up-
1) Basically I made another tent that i attached to the veg tent adding a little more than twice the size
2) Put a 4' 8 bulb T5 in hung vertical
3) I put a 1000w hps in a cool tube ontop of the 400w i had going
4) Also put a total of 5 train wrecks in the flower room and cloned some more!

The Train wrecks were put in at different days-
1) Two small tw in one gallon smart pots put in on the 13th and 15th of august.
2) two medium tw in a five gallon smart pot put in on the 26th and 1st of august.
3) one large tw in 5 gallon smart put in on the 4th of sep.

nope i only turn them in the early clone stage, otherwise its all one side. My thought behind this is that the vertical light on just one side will create a kind of top on the side of the plant......wall of nugs hopefully.
