You kinda lose a lil bit with a square one. But not much. There's always corners that's hard to scrape. But gets melted into the next batch. I just used the same dish and don't clean between runs just keep covered. And if you decide to cook in the dish it gives the food a great taste lol
The best I've used for the corners is a curved exacto knife blade. But haven had it for a long time. You can smear that on a paper and roll up or dab away.
