1st Greenhouse Grow-would like advice.

This is my first outdoor grow and I am growing in a greenhouse. I wanted to know if the amount of stretching I am seeing in the first week and a half is normal? Also, should I LST since they are stretching or is this normal outdoor grow behavior? Any advice/suggestions are truly appreciated.
