I got some good advice, so I thought I'd make a grow log and post more updates. Nearly 3 weeks in now, using a 240w quantum board from Kingbrite. I turned the lights power down a bit, so they're getting 10-15k LUX, suggested by @Aqua Man
Temperature in the tent is between 68 and 73 degrees, and 40-50% RH. They're on an 18/6 sleep cycle.
