1st time bubble cloner ?'s. When to plant?

I recently made a small 4 site bubble cloner to see how well they work. I normally use RR plugs with dome, gel, h.pad, etc. and Its hit and miss. Some root after 9-10 days and some take up to a month. So i decided to make a small bubble cloner, and its been 6 days so I checked em. 2 out of the 4 already have tiny (1/4 inch) hair like roots popping out the stem. When do I plant em? They look really healthy. Haven't wilted at all. Should I plant em now or wait til the roots are a lil more developed?

wait until theres a fair amount of roots about 1/2 an inch long, most people wait Way to long, they think the long as hell roots are better, but ther not at all, when roots are short there " hard roots " when there long there " soft roots ".
