1st time grow (Day25)

So im doing my 1st dedicated grow and im in a little trouble. I had rust going on some plants plus i saw lil red bugs in my soil and gnats flying around so i got neem oil and a fan and the rust stopped and bugs are slowly going away. Now my leaves are orange at the tips, have brown spots and are folding like tacos and i dont have a single idea why. I cut off all the leaves that were in roughest condition and i topped 4 plant.

Taco leafing is typical of light burn. I guess its the upper leaves?

Orange at the tips?
i guess its nute burn .

but all this is guessing, from someone who is not too experienced

I haven't put any nute in my plants because i felt it was to early. They just entered the veg stage
