My wife and i are both caregivers with max patients. I run 36 to 40 plants max total including unrooted cuts.i dont know why everybodys got push shit to the limit all the damn time lol.the clone delivery thing is totally illegal so why worry about the law at all.just fill that fuckin house to the gillz
There i said it lol :)

What's up six hope you and the wife are good
Really 36/40 plants total including unrooted clones ? I would of never thought that looking at all the pretty plants you post.

I run more than I should and it's a constant mind stresser. See the thing is I just love plants and am always searching for something unique. To me that is the fun/passion of it , caring about numerous cultivators and there needs. I work with 'in the space I have mind you.
To me it would make more sense to limit or regulate light. I mean your only getting a max amount of product per 1k. Let's just say that 2.5 lbs it's kinda senseless to me if you achieve that with 6 plants or 36
I would never wanna be at a point were I'm just rotating the same 12 plants in and out of flower. That would remove the fun part (science) of growing to me and make it more like just work.
I would on the other hand not mind having numerous rooms and running a few like a machine. I have always wanted to mono crop just not my lone grow

LOL Love how you roll bro. Never scared to say WTF is on your mind!!!!

Anything over 72 will put you on fed radar.. and usually it's address associated.. I'm on 7ish acres but legally, 3 tracts of land.. going to "sell" 1/3 and it will be a separate address. Lol

i have never monocropped myself, even when i was running outdoor shit here before it was legal i did multiple strains.but i do have a few strains i have kept around for years and i also run through new strains all the time.sometimes i think i will never get through my bean stash lol,i prob ran 40 to 50 dif strains last year(2016) and im on track to do the same this year.my people like the usual shit but they also appreciate that im always running new flavors.i think i would lose intrest pretty quick monocroppin a whole room.but i would prob run my full set if we were allowed to have more weight.2.5oz per patient is a fuckin joke

If you have to ask if this is a good idea or not, you probably know the answer. I suppose it all depends on your cost-benefit analysis, I think we all understand that a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do but ALL of this involves risk. Legal or not in MI, at any given time we are all subject to search and seizure from Feds, even though you may not face indictment, you will be months behind schedule and out many 1000's in equipment and legal fees. Those are the risks we all face here. So asking us if it's a good idea or not is kind of like asking someone else what your values are. Ya dig? Gotta decide for yourself what you value.

Need some help here guys I've looked everywhere and can't really get a answer.

Okay so I am moving and am a patient and caregiver for 1 person allowing me 24 total plants. The house I am moving has someone already growing and will be my roommate he has 6 cards 5 patients and himself 72 plants.. We will be growing in a somewhat large basement 3 separate rooms all with locked doors. As far as I have read and seen this is legal to do, as long as you keep his room and 72 plants locked and my room with 24 plants locked and only I can have a key and access my room and only he can have a different key and access to his room.. Is this correct? I know federal limit is 99 plants so I don't want even mess with anything over 99. But can we legally grow 96 plants in the same house in the same basement as long as they are in totally separate and locked rooms???

I may make this into a thread because I can't find this info anywhere and I can't be the only one who has wondered this. Thanks fellas.
What are you getting this 99 plant limit for feds It's not federally legalized In any state that I know of so what are you getting this 99 plant thing from If it fits one thing you come in to anybody's house and take it away from them for growing marijuana They just have an enforce those laws that they could enforce A lot of people might be for a rude awakening when they do and they lose all their land and property if they do most likely they won't but if they wanted to all they got to do is invoke their law of the land marijuana is Not I federally legal anywhere so throwing it in reality is still illegal when it comes in the feds? So again where did you hear this from I'm curious and now I need to find out why you would say that or were you heard it from? If it was federally legal like a nail it in the mail but you can't try it you'll see Just don't put your return address on it but they'll take it away soon as they're sniffers, sniff it out

Im from Michigan and i asked my lawyer this same question. He said dont do it! If you are considering a 100 plant grow house and dont have the cash or brains to speak to a lawyer first you need to rethink what the fuck you are doing! Im sorry but this shit pisses me off. People like this are why med patients and caregivers got targets on there backs. If you cant make well into 6 figures with a legal 72 plant count and the right design you need to go back to the drawing board!
I'm sorry but what did you just say?

Make well into the six figures?

Dude you're not allowed to make anything You're only allowed to recoup what you put out as a caregiver It isn't a license for you to sell when you're a caregiver!

And you're not allowed to sell anything if you're just cultivating for yourself !

A marijuana cultivation business license is required in order for you to have a job or collective or whatever you want to call it legally.... A medical marijuana license is exactly that it doesn't allow you to make money or sell marijuana All you can do is take donations from your patience if you're a caregiver in the amount that it took you to grow for them nothing extra Now I know it isn't used that way but that's what it's supposed to be and if it The state you're in ever want to come in and check out your books that You're supposed to be keeping on your 72 plans if that's how many you have if you're a caregiver you better have them If you don't want to lose your property or your freedom!
