Update

2 more plants ( 3 of 7 ) have decided to show. This is 3 plants all triggering within 30 hours. From previous grows this is very unexpected as I had 2 plants show 7 and 9 days apart.
Rotated plants and balanced lights. Everything looking good.
At this point plan is to keep pulling outwards on training for the next week and then turn them up from bottom to top 2 days apart per node.

31x31 will need water today. Will unbag the culled plant and look at roots, suspecting to find slimey roots.

Update
Unpotted pH damaged plant and found dead roots in bottom. The plant had already clipped the lower roots but the lowest part was soft and mushy. 😩
Flower girl showing nicely.

Update.
Doing some mechanicals mayhem for the grow room AND the house.
For the first year and one tent I had a backup for power failures. It was a 1000 watt PSW inverter mounted in my escape that I had installed for doing mobile electrical auto repairs and programming stuff.
Now with 700 watts of lights and another 650 in heat support I needed something larger. I have thrown out the idea of a vehicle mounted unit and have decided to mount the inverter in the house and run a 12 v tap from the vehicle to the new 3000 watt inverter.
I also made a big improvement in being away from the house. I have purchased a couple of batteries and am putting a battery backup and auto switch in the circuit. For now it is manual but I have a 50 Amp switch panel for the room that will turn off the house current and turn on the battery backup and send my phone a notification that the house current is off and the backup is running. 2 batteries group 65 at 12.5 amps draw for 1500 watts for the grow will last 10 hours before the low voltage cuts off the inverters.
This will stop me from running out to plug a car in for the 90% of the outages that are less than 8 hours. We do get 1 to 3 day outages every year mostly in winter.
This will give me another 1500 watts for the house for coffee pots, George Foreman Grill and at night the grow drops to like 600 watts so at this point we plug in the fridge.

Inverter $139/ batteries $120/ cables 36 bucks .
For the wire run from car to house I bought a heavy duty 4 gage 20 foot jumper cable set and will just crimp and solder eyelet terminals on them. $20

Update

Training and watering became training and feeding after seeing a light tinge on a few plants. Amended each pot with 1/2 cup EWC with a 50% feed of DR Earth grow. 1 liter RO water all pots. Number 1 pot had some minor runoff about 2/3 rds the way down the pot. No other pots came out the bottom but all pots got damp fabric ( slight )
The pattern for growth is pretty much set. The 2 fimms are clumping up like they do and I am expecting the stems to appear from under the mass soon. The 2 top only squat plants are bushing out well and the pulled topped plants are out of the pot diameter and will be allowed to harden up.

Update
All 9 plants in both tents showing puffballs. Flower time has arrived.
Even the stunted girls in the 31x31
Lights up 2% to 59% will check at 9am for any signs but as this last setting was the same for 5 days I do not expect issues until perhaps 2 more adjustments up. Seems like they normally do about 6-8% up per jump then a stabilization of a few days.
Next watering will be all pots to drain off nice and slow. I kinda of view this task as a bit of a " flush " but I am flushing hydrophobic parts of the pot where they will take their part of the water.
I started doing this based on a journal entry and I find my outcome is similar. After the slow fill to max the pots are much less likely to have side leaks through the fabric where the water added does not want to go down it moves sideways.
Pics later.

On the fourth pic, are you gonna take that big fan leaf off?

On the fourth pic, are you gonna take that big fan leaf off?
Nope. If a huge leaf in my tent is intact there is 2 reasons for this.
There is nothing underneath the leaf and it is protecting stems from direct blasting light. This will allow the stem to remain flexible. If you look at some of the top areas of the pull I did you can see some stems already purpling up and these will become rigid.
Also do you see how my tall stems that were pulled all have a double joggle to the stem? Again this is another stolen post from a journal. This allows the stem to flex right at that area both up and down. A straight 90 out in a 1 inch bend can not safely be bent anymore at that location. It will also twist a bit for relocating run away stems.
The other reason I leave big ole fans is that this strain eats nitrogen and it will eat those leafs in flower.
Nitrogen support is needed in flower but by late flower nitrogen is greatly reduced and the only reservoir will be old leafs.
Save the solar panels!

I noticed my autoflowers outdoors consuming the fan leaves early and I thought it needed more 'food', and I gave it some (jacks 20-20-20) but it didn't slow down the progress. I'm guessing I missed the 'window'.

If your outdoors are in the ground and start to fade before mid flower you should amend the soil this fall for next year.

Update.
Checked all pots both tents everybody good on weight.
Just a few tweaks training.
I have 5 plants doing the church pipe organ display.

Everybody happy so far. Lights at tops which are about 35 are at 23.5k lux. One step down is 4-7 inches down from tops but due to light pattern the lower sites are at a higher energy pattern than the higher sites. This gives me average of 19.5 k lumens on another 38 sites.
Lowest reading for sites facing away is 14k lumens. A lot of these are secondary stems from node stems. Most smaller new ones have been plucked as they are just suckers.
The fimms continue to sprout pistles in the middle of the Mohawk. Tiny little mohawk.
Apple fritter Auto start of week 5.

Update.
8pm look everybody behaving. Had a talk with 3 of the over achievers and reminded them I train once a day not every 6 hours.
Modified VDP by reducing leaf temp by 1 degree. This has the effect of lowering humidity without changing my numbers for alerts and actions by the controller. Humidity at 79f down to 62% 1.2 vdp.

Going to start cal-mag next fert. 3 plants have signs but they have been doing it a while I was hoping it was wet feet/pot from nemetode treatment but it has not gotten better and one is showing on a new set of fans.
Tomorrow will start with 31x31 tent already mixed 5ml in gallon ro and will sit overnight and pH.

First PH use of this grow.

Update
Fed 31x31 plants with 2 tbs Dr Earth gold grow and 5ml per gallon rate cal-mag

4x4 tent got weight checked and getting close. Def time for more water per feed.
Ph did not need adjust was at 6.1
For grins did stick my ec tester into the ro to see if the filters are still working.
Still 4ppm

Update learning channel post.

So spent the morning going over notes. I have 9 plants doing from great to meh. The setups of the pots changed during the seedlings stage. I ran out of perlite and had to substitute. I ran one pot mostly OF but all the other parts were 50-50 HF and OF but all had 30% perlite by volume.
Right now the plant I am most happy with got almost Ocean Forest with 30% perlite.
My autos will now be OF 100% with 30% added perlite.
Now the surprising stuff.
I had 4 pots that have a different type of perlite. The straight perlite was not in stock and I can wait. 4 pots were done with Miracle Grow perlite with " stuff " in it.
Man I hemmed and hawwed over this. I did not want to put that shit in the pot but I read the bag and the molecular strength was .01 .01 .01 for NPK
The 4 pots that had the MG perlite withstood the nematode wet pot for 10 days better than the " regular " perlite. The 3 problematic plants and the one culled due to spots and turned out to have a sour bottom all had the standard perlite at 30% by weight. These plants have lower growth with mag def and and one is starting on the top growth and was given cal-mag.
This was unexpected and I am trying to figure out what the difference could be. The razor guy says it's the simplest answer but the causality group is laughing at me until I figure out the reason.
Ocean Forest and perlite at 30% by weight.
Cal mag at week 4+
Lots of EWC
Dr Earth gold and Flower girl.
Have neem and Jacks available.
Do not treat gnants with chemicals or nemetode until plant is old enough to survive the cure use stickys to keep the numbers down.
Bounce the lights during the grow to find the tolerance and back off.
The closer your lung room is to the tent specs the easier keeping your environment will be.
Keep the tent and room as clean as you possible can.

update.
Fed 6 pots with 1/2 dose flower girl and calmag at 5ml per gallon dose. Also ammended 2 with soil conditioner. if they respnd well may do the other 5 plants. soil conditioner has a humic acid and all the bennies to help with biome.

This fert was a add 200ml every 5 minutes and not rushing it. All pots took 1.6 to 2.1 liters with the thirsty sweet presenting Indica taking the most.
4 of the pots with the slower drying times did not want to take water on 1/2 the pot. after 1 liter I let them sit in the tent and went back to them for an additional .6 liters. This got slight drainage on the other side of the pots.
pulled some very lower fans as puffy green/yellow and spots.
No gnants.

Well I just spent a few hours chasing what I thought was an issue with the house HVAC stealing my humidity and causing an over swing.

Turns out it was me.
Somehow I clicked off minimum and changed it to 1 for the cloudforge so when the duct fan was pulling the humidity out the cloudforge was still on.
Back to .04

I just harvested 3 feminized Apple Fritter and man, they are fantastic! I'm sure you will enjoy yours. I'll be watching to see result!

Update
Top dressed that last plant with conditioner and amended with a 50% feed of DR Earth Flower girl.
Slooooooowly added 2 liters water to very slight runoff on the bottom of the pot.
Moved and rotated plants.
Back corner plant still the star. If I had 7 of those in this tent I think it would wind up being very full and very stressful.

Reflections.
Monday was our first snow day. 24 degrees and blowing snow. We got 2 inches.

And I was in a 78 degree grow room playing in dirt. I turned over the top layer and worked in my nutrition and my top dressing. I watered and worked it into the top of the soil until I had a level pot and watered some more. I spent time rotating the pot and lifting it all the while using my skin sense of touch to feel the hydration make its way down the pot.
I discovered some problems doing this and by pausing and then returning to the pot I was able to get a slight runoff on the whole perimeter of the pot with a very consistent feel of moisture level of the fabric.

This is what people have been doing since the begining of time. Playing in dirt.

Update.
Everybody looking good.
More data on the fill to drain part of this grow.
Every pot was filled to a runoff. The time between water was about 4 days with 5 for the big beautiful plant.
I lift pots every time I open a tent and I was so surprised I pulled a few to weight.
Pot number 3 took 1.6 liters of water and after 2 days 75% of the poured weight is gone already. This makes sense as I think about it. I was not filling a whole pot so I was not draining a whole pot. In addition a lot of evaporation goes through the fabric and with dry zones it was not able to evaporate from the whole pot evenly.
In any even I am please with this additional procedure 4 to 5 weeks in. Growth is going nuts.
Lights moved to 65% tops at 28k mids at 25k lowers 16k
Will be releasing the tie downs later today as everybody is hardening up. Will be spending time today making some Kenex fixtures to lift those down low runs up.
This will take a while and will contract the footprint of the plant. The plan will be to get the tops and the mids perfectly even VIRTUALLY for my lights to get the light canopy level, not so much the plant canopy.
