I didn't know PK was same as UV. I really loved UV I had about 3 months ago, i have had PK but don't remember its taste. UV I remember because it was recent, I effect was strong no doubt.

Yes I have heard the same from DTW (dirty train wreck) coco growers. We will def share some root mass pix to see how they differ in accordance to our strain and watering schedule, shit we might even be able to learn something out of a photo comparison of our root mass.

Thanks man. I really appreciate it. They are finally starting to fatten up. There are nugs starting to grow on top of eachother..and the gaps are closing. :) I am not sure what UV is and didn't know there was another name for for pk. What is UV?

Intersting, was it a clone only strain then. I thought that pk was created at the oaksterdam nursery.

Very cool. Thanks for educating me on this one. What a racket huh. I can't believe they had been taking credit for an existing strain. You know the more reviews I read on Blu Sky, the more I think I will not make the trip down there. Might head up to humbolt instead.

well hopefully the law wont pass - but what they are gonna do is now have a fuck load lot more clients!

they still have a monopoly - Oakland will still only allow 4 clubs - but if you dont need a dr rec to buy from them - they win - now do you see the big picture here?

its not legal to 18 and over - 21+ and the penalty will go up if your under 21, mandatory jail time - isnt that sweet?

Thanks. I read through this site and there are sme general outlines of the proposed bill. I am interested though in more details. I have read the details somewhere that discussed the dispensing portion. From what I understand, it proposes that growers would be subject to health code standards and that dispensaries would have to purchase from growers that meet the required standards, including some type of cultivation liscense and agriculture zoning. I would love more details on this or to read the actual document. It seems it would not benefit folks growing their own meds at all. Also the 25 sq ft and 1 ounce max posession would make it hard to cultivate. I don't know how this would work or how it would effect growers like most of us. It seems it would benefit places like oaksterdam nursery and those dipsensaries that have huge commercial gardens.

Edit -This from Jack Herer's CCHH initative which makes the only sense to me. It eliminates all the government and cannabis club profitability-
"No person, individual, or corporate entity shall be arrested or prosecuted, be denied any right or privilege, nor be subject to any criminal or civil penalties for the possession, cultivation, transportation, distribution, or consumption of cannabis hemp marijuana."
