This grow is due to the collaboration and aspirations for bigger and better things in life between three close friends. We all have the same vision and goal and so far every idea has come to reality in the 4k grow that we have been putting together over the past year. I know a 4k is nothing big but this one is big in the since that it is the model and proof of what is capable with some time, hardwork, cash, and the efforts of a few guys with the same mindset who believe in themselves.

Anyway I will begin this with a list of the strains we are running as well as some equipment, nutes, routines, and lots of pics. Please post any advice, opinions, or constructive crtisizm. It is greatly appreciated as this is our first serious go at this thing.

Strains: Fire OG, Gorilla Glue, Grapefruit, Dank Commander,GDP, True OG, and some White S1

Equipment: (Flower Room) 4x XXL Blockbuster hoods, 4x hortilux 1000watt bulbs, 4x nanolux disable ballast, 3x 8in inline fan, 1x 10in inline fan, 2x oscillating wall mounted fans, 4x Horti Control filters, 1x 10in Carbon Filter, 1x 70 pint dehumidifier, 1x power box timed light control, 2x 4x8 black trays, along with various timers, fan speed controllers, and additional custom add ons seen below. (also had to go through city permits to allow our electrician to get 100 amps to the room)

Here are some pics of the build. Let me know what you think. I will post interior on another post

( 4x8 Veg Tent) 2x 8bulb T5, 1x 4in inline fan, 1x 6in inline fan, 2x clip fan, 1x 4x8 black tray, also various timers and fan speed controllers.

(4x4 Clone Tent) 1x 8bulb T5, 2x 4in inline fan, 1x muffler, 1x 120 port Ez Cloner, 1x clip fan, timers/FSC.

This 4k grow is especially unique because its not inside a warehouse or a house. This 4k is located in a shed in a backyard!!!! Makes growing a little more interesting as far as adjusting it to its environment and keeping the temps consistant. To help with that we mounted an extra security camera in the room to make things more convenient.(also there is no Co2 or AC at the moment)

Here are some pics of the inside, also the plants on the left we cloned from Fire OG(53), Grape Fruit(3), and True OG(1). The tray on the left consists of Gorilla Glue, White S1, Dank Commander, and GDP all from seed. They are going through some changes and it is the first time running the room so we are trying to
tweak and fix accordingly. Please let me know if theres something you can see that may be affecting them. They get fed with heavy 16(and heavy foilar feed) and extreme garden teas with Straight RO thrown in between, along with preventative maintenance like spraying nuke with an atomist and adding 209(rosemary extract) to water every so often. Thanks guys.

Be careful opening that door with the lights on the neighborhood will see that orange glow and you could invite some unwanted friends to your BBQ. Nice setup can't wait to see where this goes

Nice work, I would look into how the infrared LEDs on that Camera would affect the photoperiod, I don't know, but I would definitely want to know if any kind of light emission whether visible or not would could affect Photoperiod, otherwise nice renovation.

Nice Veg and moms mmm... Btw since your so handy if you build a small edition on the front of your building that allows you to enter the structure and close the door and then traverse to your grow area, you can cut down on the light leakage and also create a barrier for pathogens and pests, might make for handy storage too. just a thought, living vicariously. ;)

Its funny because i had that same idea. Unfortunately the door swings open and is almost 4 feet across witch doesn't leave me with much room to play. Also the greenhouse is directly across from it so there isn't much space (by the way i just posted a greenhouse thread called 2014-???? greenhouse with custom floor, check it out and let me know what you think). Your input is much appreciated Canal.

Just a thought, you could re purpose the swing door on the addition and utilize a sliding style door on the room, just a thought. I will search for the thread and have a look. Keep up the green work ;)

You have to flush your container and check the runoff. So test the water PH before you start, and check the runoff. If you have a magnifier you need to check under the leaves for eggs not to be mistaken for Trichs

Awesome I will definitely test the soil and see what I get. Ok I thought broad mites are a different from spider mites. We did have mites in one of our tents but managed to control and eliminate them with nuke, garlic spray, 209(Rosemary extract) added to the water, and gave them a hand wash one time with diluted neem oil. Spider mites will adapt over time if you keep using the same preventative spray so I kept mixing up the routine until the little bastards couldn't hang and died off. Mostly everything I spray on the plants is sprayed through an atomist. This nifty invention sprays a mist/fog on your plants with droplets around 2o-50 microns in mass and this allows it to get complete coverage. I also use it to clean the tents, greenhouse, and our room. I would highly recommend purchasing one.

They don't grow an immunity to green cleaner. Supposedly. Mighty wash also kicks there asses. Hope you don't have broads though those lil fuckers are tough.

Nice room though man. Gonna get beast up in there.
