Ok folks maybe this will help us decide sprout / seedling / veg times then a flip date
Here’s the Cman x okie since she was put in water, June 1st soaked overnight put into soil June 2nd
4th of July pic was an up pot from 4” pot to 6” pot as well as topped
So from soak to today that’s 40 days so far
Left pic dates attached to easier see each stage and date
IMO June 21st would be end of seedling and start of veg, opinions anyone? That was be 21 days from soak, then veg time currently since then is 20 days of veg, so 3 weeks for sprout and seedling, then switch into veg currently at 21 days, do folks think that’s enough time? Before flipping to flower? I’d throw this girl in a 1 gal pot and toss her in the flower tent but I’m waiting to get a clone off her first then she’s going right in I’ll probably throw her in a Gaia green bucket for a week or 2 to let her stretch out some nodes then she’s movin
to be clear this veg time includes 1 topping at the 6th node I believe (then I strip the bottom node off to make bottom clearance from the soil, just part of my method)
So would that mean 7 weeks from the time we start germinating we will be flipping? The way I see it my cman x okie is acting as a perfect timeline for us to determine our dates.
We will need
1: splash date
2: 1 week window from start date for germ and sprout
3: 2 week seedling timeline depending on dates set above
4: 4 week veg window
5: FLIP DATE
That’s what I’m thinking, looking at this cman I’m sure I could flip at this point but I think a bit more time to stretch will give everyone a nicer plant in the end, just some more time for the lowers to come upSo would that mean 7 weeks from the time we start germinating we will be flipping?
Buds look great fam! Been wanting to try to get into coco and drip, might eventually, just run straight peat and perlite with amendments atm. Might try t make a homemade bubble bucket but I’m lost with hydro neuts and feeding etc, one day!Flowering in 1gal pots of coco on a drip system and absolutely crushing it for yearsView attachment 2216991View attachment 2216992View attachment 2216990View attachment 2216994View attachment 2216993
I’m just glad to see you back, it ain’t about the beans bro! Just hype!I got to catch up with you, had to take a mental health break. I got some seeds for you brother
I said the same for about a year while researching. Wish I would have switched soonerBuds look great fam! Not an easy question to answer because of all the variables involved between metric and imperial measurements as well as manufacturing design. But someone else posted a chart on this thread that might help answer your question. I will see if I can find it and tag you in response to it.Does anyone know how many inch a gallon pot is?
It’s crazy easy, don’t let the unknown intimidate you into not experiencing it for yourself! Floraflex nutes half strength when they’re young, just follow the nutrient chart and make small tweaks if needed. Grab yourself a tote, a submersible pump, some 3/4” vinyl tubing, and drippers and you’ll be hitting home runs with an automated watering system lolBuds look great fam! I couldn't say exactly but the pot I bought for this contest is 1.2 US gallons (4.5 liters) and measures 9" diameter x 9" highDoes anyone know how many inch a gallon pot is?

Lmfao
Messing with you and making myself laugh. I do thatLmfao
Don't worry, I asked publicly in this thread and because of the 1 gallon difference between the US and Europe, we decided 4.5 liters was max we could use.
You bet your a$$ I made sure I could get as much root space as I could!
I need as much help as I can get lol
I knew you were, I literally laughed out loud as wellMessing with you and making myself laugh. I do that
Oh I got a hydro shop within walkin distance even all the way out her in the backwoods lol, he’s actually got all floraflex gear there, even their propagators and their tall prop domes etc. was considering coco but he’s also got everything to set up DWC, all loose gear (tubing, fittings, 5 gallon buckets, all the hard pipe and pumps etc) , he’s got all the floraflex, Athena, advanced nutrients, 3-4 other brandsIt’s crazy easy, don’t let the unknown intimidate you into not experiencing it for yourself!
