I remember seeing a post about the difference of 1 gal from US to EU but don't remember the deets. If I stack a cloth 1/2 gal US on top of a 1 gallon US is that too much?

Just trying to nail down the pot size thing ;)

Also, are you starting another thread or piggybacking on this one?

4.5 liter max which is approx 1.19 US gallons

Ok, so I’m going to measure out the soil with my 1L measuring cup. Gonna fill the 1/2 gallon and put the remaining soil in the 1 gallon.

Pulled out my big bag of seeds
Gonna put 2 Afghans in there and pick the best one. If I get nothing then I’m out

I’m fairly certain these are reg seeds. So I might just be collecting pollen

I never even heard of those before. They look quite sturdy

I could run a fem seed, I have lots of seeds. But I’m trying to use up some stuff that I never got around to AND the seeds are getting long in the tooth.

Might want to toss in a couple newer seeds of something just to be sure I think there's quite a few of us growing reg seeds and personally I don't care the sex of the plant, I've grown some beautiful males before, this is gonna be a lot of fun and educational.

I love producing plants today but my grow style, coco coir/hydro nutes is time consuming and labor intensive. I'd love to just water once a day or as needed and do that on a timer and drip system and maybe a few additives come flower so it's time I paid attention to these organic and the fire fox soil growers and I'll learn a bunch and maybe next year I can automate and just smoke more

Same manufacturer of the gorilla tents, some of the heaviest tents around, only tent I know of with a 1’ extension you can add to the top of needed

Mine are ACinfinity and Zazzy tents, one day I’ll be rich and pick up a few gorilla tents

One day I’m either gunna try coco or rockwool, I feel like if I switch it’ll be rockwool or full on DWC though lol

Been considering buying or building a bubble bucket just to try my hand at controlling the rez

Well if we wanna get technical… 1 US gallon… but it holds 1.5 US gallons so 1.2 US gallons equals about 1 imperial British gallon

So who want to play now!

I like the training eyelets at the top like the ACI bags.
I'm interested how they work out for you, might have to give Gorilla bags a try sometime, if your review is good anyways.

I'm going to move my base up a couple rows on my Air Pot like the other member on here using the same one, to get it closer to 1 gallon.

My first review just off the listing, $20 for 4 bags, not bad at all if the quality is as good as it appears,

then 600g thickness. Most seem to be between 200-300g, so I’d imagine a bit more rigid and robust and better to hold up in the long run for repeated use

Then it gives you additional headspace in the pot (great for reasons like this where we want a true gallon and most “gallon” pots in the us are really between 1/2-3/4 of a gallon… a US GALLON) like I go tan my current “1 gallon” pots I’d easily be less than half the medium that someone growing in a imperial gallon pot, so it’s cool they specify that plus the US 1 gallon mark, as 1.2 US gallons is about dead on for a British imperial gallon that means all those using the EU gallon could use these pots as well and still have .3 US gallon headspace for amendments etc etc

I was originally searching air pots, I prefer hard pots but I gotta say, I’m impressed with the Frostette in the 12 gallon bag, I’m considering picking up 4 of these bags in the 10-15 gallon range

Are you using if just for a net support or so you can cover it or both? You going to be growing outside or inside?
