Big improvement overnight for the one that was droopy. The soil they are now in is 50/50 happy Frog and ocean forest. They are now getting some nutrients.

Looks like a good start, do you have a problem with your heeler trying to eat your plants? I can't keep mine away if they see the plants lol.

Looking good. I grew a landrace strain last season - Maui Waui. Had allot of problems with bud rot. Looks like you're growing indoors, so maybe you can go a few steps closer to replicating the environment that the plants originate from than I could, being completely at the mercy of the weather. My MW plants thrived for sure. 7' tall, even after topping, buds the size of my forearm, but they were bud rot magnets. I had exotic genetics plants growing right next to the MW, and they had almost zero bud rot. I love the idea of the landrace strains, and the MW was some great weed. Great outcome, except for throwing about half of it away.

I cannot finish cannabis outdoors here in Michigan. I have bud rot too last summer. dumped it all.

All three are in their forever home. Back row, Acapulco Gold, front Columbian Gold. 10 gallon containers with 50-50 blend of happy Frog and ocean forest. The bottom 3rd is Strawberry Field.

I am getting to the point that I need to top and train. I usually start branches at node 3. I typically have 3 nodes of branches. My first time growing landrace photo plants. Can I use the same training methods as I do for other strains?

Topped both in back and cut out the lower branches to get air flow. Trimmed some of the huge fans on the one on the left. All very healthy.
