Alright, here we go. Weather is finally warming up and we've hit 14 hour days so plants went into the greenhouse yesterday. Happy to see my Okie and AK crosses i transplanted last week into my living soil that's been cooking outside all winter love the soil. Have gotten that nice deep green color and growing well. That's a huge "what if?" put to rest because I have 200 gallons of it.

Now for the landraces. Have 5 Cretan and 4 Kandahar seedlings from TRSC. The Cretans look great and got transplanted to 3 gallon pots so we'll see how many females I get. The Kandahars started out looking terrible. Leaves were spotted and wrinkled with what looked like pest damage but looked all over with USB microscope and nothing. Treated with Captain Jack's just to be sure. Was thinking they were goners but suddenly they perked up and new growth looks good. Will transplant when I get some more pots today. Then it's waiting for them to show sex before going into 15 or 20 gallon pots. My last experience with regs they took forever to show sex outdoor so this year im thinking about taking a clone from each and putting them on 12/12 immediately just to determine sex. Anybody try this before. I've been spoiled by feminized seeds.

Are you gonna try any of the Nepali Highland?

Yes, started those seeds soaking in the h2o2 solution this morning. Room in the greenhouse is going to be tight so im thinking of putting 1 or 2 in a raised bed with the veggies and flowers and testing their natural camouflage ability. View attachment 2636825
The 1% h2o2 solution has worked for me, all the Nepali have opened up (8). They tended to take longer to start 2-3 days of soaking but then picked up steam.

Just to let you know, that Sunshine Daydream is a vigorous grower and loves the sun. But mine was susceptible to leaf spot so if I were you I'd put her in a more protected spot. JIMHO

Vigorous grower, hm. How big do they get? I’ve grown a few large plants before, but now I’m concerned…she is larger than the others, lol
