It sounds like the seed is a box of chocolates special. What works for one doesn't work for the next. At least 3 different scenarios to work with.

What happens with the sativas depends on how long your season is and whether where you live supports a longer growing season.

With the info you've provided I can't give any more thoughts other than they aren't likely to all be "Early Skunk".
They were ordered from Seed Supreme. I’ve had good luck with them. This is the 6th year I’ve used them, and others. Only problems I’ve ever encountered were from Hypno Seeds. They sent me crap!! Over half didn’t even germinate. From Seed Supreme I also ordered some autos, critical x Northern Lights. All are good and equal.

Luckily I am zone 8b. We usually harvest around October- November

I applied neem oil last night. (1 zip neem oil, one zip Dr. Bronners unscented soap, 1 gallon water)…I hate using anything really, but those Asian beetles have been present. Putting a couple holes in leaves and just being here uninvited). Also, I found a small, white fuzzy caterpillar yesterday near the garden. They look pretty good to me finally. Hate to mess it up now, 🙃.

Damn they grow fast, don't they.

Photo dump of my plants that are kinda dying 🫠
My melon arch got spider mites which spread to my everything.
I’ve been spraying with a mix of dawn and neem oil in my pump sprayer and may have made it worse?
but hey this year I didn’t kill them myself 💀

They don’t look too bad neighbor! Still rocking and rolling! G Nick had pretty good results with 50% 99.9 iso and 50% water! Specially in veg! You have to be careful with it in flower! Good to see you’re still banging away!😍👍

I quit using Dawn dish soap with my neem oil, and switched to Dr Bronners soap for mixing. Dawn always seemed to stress my plants. The Dr. Bronners doesn’t.

For my spray I always mix 1.5 tspn of neem oil and 0.5 tspn of insecticidal soap per liter. So basically 6 tspns of neem and 2 tspns of insecticidal soap per gallon is where I'm at. And do that once a week in the evenings only. My plants seem to react pretty well to it and it's very safe and effective.

I totally eyeballed it but it was a 2 gallon sprayer. maybe I am the problem

Yeah I think Dawn is actually a detergent and DR B’s is a Castile soap which is easier on plants. Don’t be putting soap on if your temperatures climbing into the 90 deg range do it early morning or late evening to avoid foliage burn -

Yeah always been a rule of thumb for me to only treat my plants in the evening after the sun stops hitting them. Gives them all night to let it dry up and much less of a risk of burning in this 90+ degree heat.

I just saw a vodka recipe for spider mites? I mean I think my spray killed the plants a bit so that means the bugs are definitely dead right 😭

In my limited experience, I like the citric acid based pesticides! I think it’s easier on the plants! The soapy stuff can clog up the stomata and it takes a while for the plant to recover sometimes! Or you can let it sit on there overnight and then hose it off! I’ve almost killed small plants using soap! Just two cents!
