Getting all this rain from the nor-easter. It won't seem to let up. I want to see if I can put some of these buds up to dry now. I'd like to get then to mid-October but I don't want to lose the whole thing either. The experience gives new meaning to 'wet' trim. Nice thick, heavy buds. Awesome fragrance.
I found one chunk of brown rot.
This is a Puna Buddaz cross started indoors in March.

My Orange creampop was an amazing specimen of a cannabis plant I ever saw. Huge, vibrant,…MALE. had to chop it on August 12. I didn’t see that coming. They have a quick flowering time(50-55 days). I placed an order for some more (FEMINIZED) seeds through Humboldt Seed Co for next season. View attachment 2697953View attachment 2697954
I think this is when they pulled all their regular seeds 😬 i think they had something going wrong with the regs wayyy to many hermies across different strains. During the whole triploid fall out.

All this early climate crap can really create troubles for the outdoor growers and I’ve been wondering what innovations it may bring our way. But there’s no magic answers at this point other than do what you think is best, nature’s gonna fix our mess however she sees fit…

Ok now for today’s thoughtless endeavor I have 2 or 3 plants too harvest and process, I’m not trying to beat the rain so it’s a bowl trimmer day.
I have 1 small Honey Face out in the overflow planting and a Sex Mellon in my primary beds. I wandered out yesterday and my overflow plants were all over the place from winds last week, small plants so no big crashes but I need to spend some time out there…
Pics are all of Sex Mellon after the winds beat em up last week…IMG 8125IMG 8124IMG 8121

There’s still stuff standing. I’ve been through hurricanes and nor’easter before. We had heavy winds since Wednesday, then it really picked up. Add heavy rain to the mixture and it’s bad. I’ll still harvest some decent buds. Most was at least two weeks from harvest. It just sucks. It was a bad storm.

My nugget protector in action. This wasp has been working the hell out of my girls. I’m trying to harvest but wanna wait on him/her to finish the job! 😆

Looks like your safe though. I've been through several hurricanes, it sucks. Hope you still have power I'm seeing reports of big time outages.
The power is what we deal with during the heavy storms and hurricanes . I am a heavy highway contractor and we put all electrical lines underground now, have been for the last 10-15 years, but I live a bit out of range from having them underground.
Best of luck, Leste!
