It’s only another 10 days we’ve made it this far no sense in chopping em early !!

If I had 10 days this season I’d be tempted, but I don’t rain possible this weekend. Worked on processing tops of the third Orange Creampop and one Head Candy last night and definitely feeling my almost 72 years on this rock.
Still have lots in the ground and lots of those haven’t been harvested so I’m gonna be busy checking and harvesting. This morning I checked on the 2 Lovers Moon plants which are just in the window & are loaded with flowers I don’t want to lose.
Not a lot of rain coming but it’s also foggy & we’re getting dew as well. No panic but I have to be selective at this point, here’s Lovers Moon in the dark

Due to ohios weather had to harvest a little early because of bud rot. Next year I’ll be using a greenhouse on my farm

out as long as I can, shaking the girls after rain has done fine for me so far.

the one in the foreground was stunted going in the ground and never made it above the tomato cage, but the other one is doing great still

I'm close to ya you haven't had any problems with caterpillars if you look closely they have taken alot of the main buds. Tbh if I can't figure out away to keep them Offa my plants an build a little lean too for the rain I'm done with outside

luckily the only troubes I've had is the birds hanging arond the plants and cleaning the crap. last year I had some aphids attack and I'm happy to see no pests this year.

Thursdays report
Rain tomorrow but not a lot, got plants ready in all 3 beds & I’m tied up part of today.
My strategy is to get tops which are ready, then I will get onto the second cutting plants & that’s mostly the 3 Orange Creampop plants which are loaded, I will possibly have to hang some unprocessed plant tops.
It’s a beautiful morning here but obviously fall.
