Right on Mark! You are 100% right! We as a population have been conditioned to believe we should not have guns..or grow/use cannibss for that matter! BUT..we are a free people .. as it should be! Thank you for helping clear that up! monkey5

Why would that be? I have alot of guns myself,One is a M-16 and full auto. It is a legal owned gun.My family has always owned Guns and we have been growing cannabis from before the Revolutionary War.

Colorado laws are so stupid. I can get in as much trouble for owning a pellet gun as Mark will for owning his M-16. Now that sure makes a whole lot of since, If I grow cannabis I can go to jail for protecting myself from gophers!!!!

Just gotta lie on your Federal Class 3 application to be legal with fully auto, short barrel, or large caliber weapons, thats all, no biggy...oh and thats a federal offence as well.

The 213 plants was the least of their violations, ultimately they will probably drop all the marijuana cultivation charges and nail them to the wall with the cocaine, shrooms, cash, and gun charges. This case really has little or nothing to do with medical marijuana at all, just more prop..

That's probably true TK, but it was the activity involving selling medical marijuana that lead the man to them in the first place.

My guess is there was 100 times more traffic for the other narcotics than the weed, teenage weed buyers just don't show up every hour or so all night to get a dime like the blow monkeys do..

Wouldn't know about that, all this old man does now days is mmj. But still an apartment complex, might as well have put a flashing neon sign in the parking lot.

Just saw on the news that 16 people were arrested overnight by the North Metro Drug Task Force in north Denver. They are expecting to arrest at least 10 more. Twenty five locations were raided on this year long investigation. The report says the marijuana was being shipped out of state by the post office. More to come.
