24 Hour Veg Trick

I use my Gavitas for 12 hours, and at 8am, they switch off. The entire 24 hour light period I have Eco Star PAR38, day light spectrum bulbs burning away. 23 watts of draw that outputs on heh, par, with a 120 watt bulb.

Why?
Myself, I want my plants to veg as quick as possible, so I can start flower as soon as possible, so I keep them under 24 hours light.

I guess it's ok if you just want to sit there and look at them growing, but I want buds, and quickly.
