Ok... yah that's what I thought too, it should be bringing it down... but no luck...
Outside the house humidity is around 75% to 80% and the temperatures have been around 90° daytime, nite is about the same humidity, maybe a little lower but not much, and around 70° degrees.. Ohio weather..
I did just turn on a heater in the room, and it dropped pretty quick, humidity is in the 50s now, but not wanting to run the heater and ac and dehumidifiers for another month.. electric bill will be high....
It just doesn't make sense that it won't go down, without running a heater too....
In the winter i had two plants going, and never had any problems with humidity, but the summer weather is throwing everything off...
I just can't figure it out.... yet.... but i will keep trying, don't wanna lose it because of mold... none yet.... 🤞

it just don't have economic sense to run heater with AC with two dehumidifiers and two fans and intake.
Exhaust to the room is installed in the tent how? what size if it is? where intake is taking air from?

did you try to turn off that AC and see how it changes stuff?

don't worry- we will figure it out 😉 There's some DIY home grown specialists here building their set ups so I am sure somebody will chip in and help us pin point it

I agree 100% it doesn't make sense to run all that for one plant......
The inlet for air being pulled in is a 6 inch vent, down on the bottom...
The inline fan is a 4 inch ac infinity.. blowing out at the top of the tent....
The air is just from the bedroom, with everything going to tryn control the temps and humidity, door is shut, house vents are taped shut, because it was making it more humid and harder to control the temps..
With ac off it gets way to hot in the room...
I'm getting to the point where I'm about to just cut it down and wait for fall... but don't want to, it's about a month and a half away from harvest.
Hopefully I can get it figured out, and yah hopefully someone can have a better idea or something...
The tent was a 2×4×5 but i added 2ft on the bottom for more room... it's sealed with plastic, then insulated aluminum foil, and nylon on the outside.. no light leaks or air leaks.. the sides of the tent get pulled in so i reinforced the sides to with wood strips....

yes- you will have bills so high that it would be cheaper to buy it :D
but you know- I would continue too. Especially if month, month and a half left
@BearWater - you have AC like this in the girls nest, maybe you will have any idea :P

It just doesn't add up. Two dehumidifiers should do the job.
I have similar space, similar humidity outside, one dehumidifier, 6 plants, no exhaust right now, no intake and that dehumidifier is bringing it down to 55 easily

Can anyone recommend a really good dehumidifier, something that you can set at a certain humidity level and it will keep it.... for a 10 by 12 room with a grow tent in it.....

Got a nice 50 pint dehumidifier, was expensive but worth it..
It's keeping the humidity in check easily now....
Be careful buying from Amazon, my first 2 were supposedly rated for a whole basement, but they couldn't even control humidity in a small room....

Thanks for the comments, it's been the easiest one yet, i put some flowering nutrients in the bottom quarter of the soil when i filled the grow bag, and i haven't had to give it any nitrogen during veg, i only gave it 2 doses of flower nutrients at week 3 and 5, and water every few days, and its doing great.

I would just keep.checking trichomes but they look so yummy omg I can almost smell them .

Yah it smells really good, like a sweet skunk...
Hopefully in the next week or two i can harvest...

Week 9.. still not much amber, or white tricones. Is that normal..?
It has a few amber and alot of clear tricones, don't see any white... or am i just not seeing them with the light on..? Should I be checking when the lights are off..?
I'm still new to growing, and don't know much, this one I'm trying for the couch lock buzz... and I've heard it needs to have alot more amber and white...
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

I made a wood carving sign for my grow room.. my favorite strain.... i carved the leaf out then my buddy burned the words on and painted the leaf...
