2nd Week of Veg & a few leaves look like they were eaten...

I dont have any pics up for this one, sorry guys..

My babies are at the stage of having their 3rd set of leaves(leaves 5 & 6), and the second set of leaves on one plant was EATEN half way. The TIPS of these leaves are gone. Look like how a left over piece of paper results after it was lit on fire. IDK what caused this, I do know I have maybe like 5 spring tails in one of these 6 solo cups i'm using atm. but that cant be it. What's the cause of this???

Any comments, or thoughts about this helps. THANKS GUYS!

It would be like a leaf right. The first set since i'm still in early veg. But look at one leaf on that flower, it would be like the tip of the leaf, GONE. 1/4 of the leaf just disappeared on me in 4 hours...

That leaf in the 7 KB picture is bigger than my plant so i'm sure that should be more helpful..
