Harvest Pro Red Line Dual 2x1000 Watt Switchable HPS/MH 240 Volt Ballast

has anybody heard of these or used them and have any info or feedback because these are only about 220$ and if there not junk could be extremely valuable!

They are actually 184 bucks on 1000 bulbs.com, and they look legit to me. I actually need some ballasts right now that run on 240 only, and at that price it's cheaper than building 2 of them from scratch.

240 only why not the switchable ballasts?
