sweet setups fellas i did some measuring lastnight and i have 24"x60" to work with.. It is going in a closet and when i say 24" i mean 24" lol a lot of the try systems are 24"inside diameter and like 27-29" OD... I need to find one that has an OD of 24"... This shit sucks ive looked everywhere... I may end up having to go with 2 2x2 trays that botanicare makes they are 24"outside diameter... it would be a little more expensive going that route but its looking like that may be my only option..

I make my own custom sizes. I use EDPM and plywood. Never had a problem. The EDPM can be purchased at any pond shop, it's not cheap but it is very reliable. I also line my rooms with the stuff because floods suck. Learned the hard way. I calculate the volume of water and build it to hold all the water in the room, worst case. This room the sides go up 8 inches. My clones sit in a 18 x 36 I made for them. You could use 1 x 6 cedar for the frame and than line it with EDMP.

after looking very hard online and in stores id like to share that i have found what i think will be the perfect storage tote/pre veg tote... Actually my gf found it at Walmart... It was in the holiday aisle and is sold as a christmas tree storage tote.. They were on sale for $20.. ya cant beat that... ill post a coup,e pics in a few minutes... im super excited to get this build rolling

heres a pic of the pre veg unit.. I still have to cut the holes in the top so the net pots will fit into it and blackout the bottom of the container prolly with some panda film and tape

And also a photo of a few buds from my last crop un the UC... yes that is a 2 liter lol

I wouldn't recommend putting a smaller net pot into a bigger one then into the uc the first time I did it hermied my ladies not enough room for the roots or how big the stalk gets. Did it again after 3 successful runs and I'm stairing at hermies, again

Never had that happen to me and I would suggest that it was likely some other reason other than strangulation. I have had roots grow right around the plastic in the net pots with no issues. If that happened to me I would never do it again or recommend it , that's for sure. Could happen but not likely for that reason IMHO. More likely one of the six was out of whack or your strain is the cause.

The first time I ran the UC 140 gall all over my rug, Dumb ass me. So put some panda down and swapped that for EDPM , so I just turn the room into a big swimming pool with walls 12" to 15" high depending on how much water they need to hold. Regardless when working with water it gets everywhere and with the edpm I just use the shop vac to suck it all up. I also use a pressure washer to clean my systems so it gets wet in there, LOL.
