Hey guys!

Been awhile!

I recently finished a really crappy run of Blueberry Muffins from HSC, and it came on the heels of a really amazing first run using AutoPots. So I wanted to figure out what the heck was the problem or limiting factor(s) at play here!

The flowers were small, but incredible for the record ha ha.

I believe that AutoPots are really great if you use them a certain way…

You HAVE TO use the AirBase and AirDome if you expect to have really awesome plants that don’t get angry about their wet feet!

My plants were constantly yellowing or looking sad like they were overwatered, and it was definitely due to trying to run them without these two things!

Also…don’t run the 2.2 gallon pots unless you HAVE to or you’re extremely familiar and locked in with a certain clone…you gotta know EXACTLY what to feed it because you have zero buffer.

Anyways…

Started this run of Dream Queen from HSC with AirBases and AirDomes, as well as upgrading to 3.9 gallon pots, and it’s just no comparison!

So I’m really glad that this run I get to ACTUALLY play with the SCROG net, and see what one of these things is capable of!

Just wanted to let the community know my experience so you don’t have to pull your hair out too ha ha.

If I’ve learned anything from using a trellis net, it’s this…

I’ve been pruning stuff off and skirting up the bottom WAY too early!

Letting the plant over build infrastructure and vascular pathways before you lollipop and prune…actually does what we think it’s doing earlier ha ha.

It doesn’t then try to replace branches if you wait until after stretch, and just beefs up what’s left because it’s a plant built for 45 tops, but you pruned it back to 25.

Week 4…day two…things are humming along, and it’s crraazzyyy what these things are eating daily!!

Drinking normal amounts of water, but EC is dropping daily!

I credit the air domes, silicium for allowing the higher EC (2.5), bigger pots (3.9 not 2.2), and solid genetics!

Even though the plant on the left is lagging behind and stretched out more than I’d like it to be.
