3 week flowering 18 l pot 3 size since flowering...are those buds righs?

Hello friends...i just tried to put my critical into 18 l pots they are being ther for more than 3 weeks on flowering...2 meter and 2 tall 4 plants...since they are flowering as a sed ..they pass from 1 feet into 3...they are getting big how to stop it?thanks good ones!
