3 yr old fertilizers safe to use?

I have biobizz fertilizers that I bought and used 3 years ago. Is it safe to use them now? Can I harm plants?

I'm using my 3-4 years old biobizz on my plants (not cannabis tho) and the plants are doing very well. Mine were unopened tho, but I don't think it changes anything open or not. It's not like it was sealed tight...
