30th annual Reggae on the River in Humboldt

This year will mark my 15th pilgrimage to this event. I am so excited to be working the parking crew again, welcoming the pilgrimage w/ love and friendship. Taking my oldest son for the first time. He is ready to accept the way. He has been growing out of the teen angst, selfish ways into a giver. Reggae on the river will pave the way for his rebirth. Years ago I was reborn at ROR. Exposed to love, light, truth, comapssion for ALL I actually felt something alter with in me I witnessed personal compassionate interaction that melted my heart like butter in a microwave. I cried with tears of joy at the emotion washing over me, cleansing, pure light. Oh and then there is the show itself LOL. Back in the original ROR format and held by the Mateel community center as it always was meant to be the event is back to being one of human equation and not about $ and $0.1.

I haven't been since 05', I thought that was the last year at the original location?

There is no better physical location for a music festival. I had some great times there I think I went like 4 years in a row. First place I ever had ganja ice cream.

^i have too many of these guys walking around looking for me just to tell me things like that and then not letting me tell them what i think about it . it's like hey bro i feel that everyday......... dont care for people using that style of entertainment on me like a drug and then ignoring me when i react to it in a certain way. not my fault i react to them giving me a love letter in a way that ends that 1love feeling for them and leaves them in place they dont like . its more acceptable to me when its a girl that wants to talk to me about that type of stuff cause most of the time they listen when you talk and dont just try to use you for themselves and then bounce to the next victim . when men do it to each other it never seems to end very well for either of them unless they have girls with them that are into listening to the people they are talking to for them and when the girls are using them just for that purpose and parading them around like guns it upsets me . i like to go to music events for the music not for the shallow high school drug and sex lifestyle lectures based on the outfit i choose or drug i choose to be on .

5 days and a wake up...
Really excited to hook up w/ old friends. I have met and bonded w/scores of people from ALL over the world kept in touch with many of them over the years. Set to hook up again and share the experience that is Reggae on the River

Wish i could go. I moved from Mckinleyville a couple months ago.......I was there! Don't they have one in Hawaii?
