357 & HydroHeart: 1st grow

I was looking into the 357 Magnum and the HydroHeart for a small space. I have lowryder#2 and White Widow. I really have no idea of what nutrients to use and not sure what equipment would be best? I have tough skin and I am a noobie. I would like to hear whatever. thanks
