36 hour light disturbed!

24 hours into 36 hour lights off cycle i had to enter the room as i was extremely concerned about the temperature in their. I was in their for around three minutes how much will this effect the next twelve hours? What would be the best thing to do from now?

shouldn't be a big deal as a 1 time event. i'm not sure how much a 36 hour dark cycle helps start flower. but the interruption shouldn't hurt.
