How do you like the smartpods ? Never used them but looks like a convenient choice !

Love em, used to get rootbound way to fast in 5 gal depo buckets. Havent run into that problem with smartpots yet with double the veg time. Right now im watering once every 2 days.

Day 30..

First 4 pics are pre98 .. Two after that are DCxGoo, then a mix I just thew into flower 2 weeks ago. Blockheadxnlxlkxpk , soulfruit and the white. Last pic is a little update of my alien kush f2's with fat ass leaves.

Looks great.....Healthy and happy looking plants. I bet your light cooling is working out just great. I've got a 10" maxfan pulling air through 2 1000w raptor hoods. With a fan speed control turned down between low and medium the hoods are not even warm to the touch.

Are you able to raise and lower the lights with ease?

I wouldn't say with ease.. but its really not that big of a deal, just need to get out a chair to stand on. The 1000's are hanging by chain and S hooks. I tried those crappy light hangers that go up and down easy and the ochos were so heavy that they just pulled themselves down. Ive only had to move them up 2x so far in flower and right now they are at the top cause these girls are almost 7' .

some remodeling

Had to chop down the last run pretty quick so didn't get any finished pictures. This time using 4x8 trays. Only have one setup right now but next time will have both of them going with 4k.

All of the bigger plants are alien kush f2, in the middle is some more bk and i have 1 white and 2 Blockheadxnlxlkxpk going again.

Also to anyone looking into global greenhouse ballasts. These fucking things rock, running them @ 240v they are totaly silent and not even 1/2 as hot as my 600 or 400 lumatek. No problems with them blowing bulbs and im running eye hort super hps.

Yes GGL are big in Humboldt. THey also just came out with a new bulb for digitals. I met their bulb engineer and he explained why Hortilux blows. Basically weak connections and a very old design that was intended for coil ballasts. Not that they don't work but they just aren't that durable. I'm a big fan.
