Hey guys and gals. Been a little bit since my last two plants sputtered out on me. Made some adjustments and gonna give it another go. Only running one plant this time. Feminized Bubba Kush from Seedsman. Still gonna roll with FF Happy Frog and also going to run the FF Trio. Keeping with my same setup from before. 2.5 Gal pot, 250w QB LED, 2x4x5 tent and 4in iPower Carbon Filter fan. Going to be much more conservative this grow and try and minimize how much I mess with the plant and environment. Going to follow the FF feed schedule. I’ll keep everyone posted!

So I’m a little over a month in. Good growth so far despite the cold weather. I am seeing some drooping in her that doesn’t seem to want to go away. Still haven’t fed anything yet. Just water. What y’all’s thoughts? Anything look off?

Dropping seems to have worsened. I am only watering around the base of the plant so I don’t think it’s over watering...but I have been known to be wrong lol. No nutrients yet. Everything has remained the same. It has been pretty damn cold at night. I have a heater that runs two different one hour cycles throughout the light time. What do y’all think?

As always thank you guys for your guidance. Gave her a good water this morning. I’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Still family droopy this morning, not as bad but still there. At about 45ish days since planting seed, is it time for food? Color still looks good, no yellowing bottom leaves. I’ve always thought FFHF had enough nutes for good while.

Whats your enviroment temp and humidity for day and night...you could get her off the cold floor and raise her say a ft would b plenty..

That’s a good idea. Stays in the 60s-70s and humidity in the 50’s. Does get very cold at night but I have a small heater in the tent. Think maybe a blanket or heating pad underneath?

Id say thats all it is ..cold roots.i wouldnt put a blankket under her..just raise her bro and the warm air from the heater will circulate around pot .

So lifting her up off the ground worked great! We’re at about 53 days since planting seed. Topped her tonight. Still no nutes, I just don’t see a reason to yet. I’ve been told I have an “activated” batch of Happy Frog. Don’t want her to N tox like my last round.

So I’m just curious here. I planted seed October 16th. I planned on feeding the FF Trio with HF soil. I have not fed her anything yet because to my amateur eye she looks like she’d getting all the nutes she needs from the soil still and growing at a good pace. Now, my first grow I did a little while back, I was told I had an “activated” batch of Happy Frog that would feed the plant longer than normal. Am I on the right track here? Think she’s sill good without nutes?

I'm on my first grow and she was looking vary sad until I put a heater by her and lifted the pot off the ground. I used 2 bricks and made sure there was heat going under her especially coming into the winter. After she was getting the heat on the pot and also circulating under it she started perking up again. I started feeding the ff trio 4 weeks in to the grow... I'm still a noob at this but it worked for me so I thought I'd just relay info

Since you werent watering the whole pot until recently, it likely still has plenty of nutes for another week or two anyways.

Just keep an eye on the lower growth starting to pale on you, thats a sure sign its ready for food. But the whole plant overall will have a somewhat hu gry look to it when its ready. And when you do begin feedings start really low. Like 1/4 the recommendation at most.

Using hose water so it’s getting some Cal from that. I’ll have to keep an eye out for Phosphorus deficiency’s
Is this the phosphorus issue you were talking about? She was real droopy 2 days ago after I watered, 10% runoff. Perked back up a bit but still not looking healthy

Mine have done that. How often are you watering to runoff in those 2.5 gal pots?

Looks hungry to me, I would be feeding it once a week by now. Start at half strength and work up is my two cents.

That looks very indica to me and I grow a sativa. But regardless mine are very sensitive to overwater. A happy plant that I’ve watered because it’s been five days etc wasn’t dry yet and would do that. I’m still working on it dialing it in but I have rooted and potted clones that only get 150ml of water sometime. Not saying u shouldn’t be feeding them. But I start slow as well. Grow in nectar number four in five gal smart pots as final. One gal in veg. Just my two cents in a colder grow might not have to water as often.
