Yes, almost seems like still vegging.

Id personally put them into 48 hours darkness, then start again on the 12/12 schedule and you should be good to go, but defo check the tent/room for light leaks as they could hermie if you dont sort it. If theyve stretched a bit too much then just give them a bit of bending/LST to take a bit of height out
