3x3 Veg Tent - Fits How Many Clones?

I'm going to be vegging for 9 weeks.
Using clones in a 3x3 which will flower in a 5x5 tent after the 9 week veg.

My question is how many clones will fit in a 3x3 tent for vegging for 9 weeks.

Depends on what variety. Could be only one plant

Not sure about that variety need to find out if it's sativa or indica dominant 9 weeks of veg from a clone will give you a big ass plant though I can tell you that.

Plus you're probably going to have to repot it before you put it in the flower cuz it's going to get root bound. 30 days should be more than enough.

I just did a quick Google it says that thing is all sativa that's going to be a huge plant chief you're going to have to get your loppers out on it especially if you run that 9 weeks in a three-by-three it's going to fill it up.

Hook line, did you sink it? This is one of the hard questions to answer. A good thought, a tray that your plant pots sit in. That size will determine how many plants you should fit in there. 3x3..... clone to solo cup? Throw us a picture.

9 weeks would be one big gal. Or 3. Clone or seed?

36 clones SoG style in square totes

Statring off you can crowd them in there good, But as the weeks go by, they will take up more space.
If you do supper cropping/LST on them...which the 9 weeks will allow for. you will be able to train them.
But the kicker comes when you go to flower...double/triple in size. not just height, but width also.
I had 3 ice bombs in a 3x3 and at the end they crowded the tent. kept them short but they still spread out some.
A 5x5... with a foot and a half for plant width your talking 7-9 plants. I wouldn't go more.
Now if you are using so power for lighting...say 600 plus watts. def go to 5-7 plants.
If plants are less bushy then obviously you can do more... good luck

Very seriously doubt 36. 4 maybe. I have 3 from seed that are going to overgrow a 4x4x9tall. And supposedly clones grow faster. Never cloned. Yet. Don't put 36 in there unless you plan on sacrificing over half of them. Especially with a 9 wk veg.

How long did you veg?
What size of tent?
Also you're doing hydro mine is organic soil so it won't grow as fast from my experience.

that's a 4x4 tent, I only vegged for 4.5 weeks and then transferred them to my bloom tent for the start of the 12/12 light cycle. I don't really have a good sense for how long things take in soil, I've always done hydro

I was hoping for 15 but that's too many as I see.
9-10 it is.
Worst case I pull a few out and toss them if no room

It all depends on when you flip, 36 would be straight 12/12 from seed or freshly rooted clones in SoG beds. You'd end up getting about an Oz per plant, 36 Ozs...
