Before I even say anything I want to stress that this grow is way good. You have done a great job and have a great mentor in G.O.D. Oh sure he thinks he is a deity but he is still way cool.
The scrog has been hybridized somewhere along the way. Everybody seems to be accepting scrog as top growing up neatly spaced through a screen. You were doing perfect until you flipped. That is when you needed to do the most training. That is when a true scrog would have kept pushing the stretching tops under the screen as they stretched. I like to let them grow through the screen and then use twist ties or string to tie them down to the screen. As long as they stretch keep tying them down. When they stop stretching and are really flowering you stop tying. All the flower buds now grow straight up in their own column. They are not all growing up and along the stem forming a
big bud or colas. You are trying to do away with big colas and buds in exchange for fingerling buds that are 3 and four times as big as they would be if they all formed a colas because they all get equal light and none are dominant in a higher up position.
You can still achieve this by supercropping all the branches that are sticking up flat down to the screen. If they are still flexible they just might bend easily and flatten right out. Bend and supercrop them in a star like pattern so they all go out in a differt direction. They branches in the center that were short will now get light and fill in the center and all those branches will fill up the screen in a big flat canopy. The buds will be smaller but way more. This is how a true scrog should be done. The way you are doing it is a hybrid between a scrog and a trellis grow.
There are ways to shape the clone before you put it in scrog to increase yield. Then I think a decent veg while scrogging helps and then scrog while stretching.
In a scrog you should still train during stretch to control the canopy.
