400watt ballast&hood?

Hey all.. I saw a light on eBay by Floralux.. Its the only 400watt ballast and hood I've seen and was wondering has anyone heard anything about it or if you think its a good buy. Im going to be upgrading my close. Had a 6lamp t5 fixture and was thinking the 400w would be good in a 4x4 tent

400 watts is not enough coverage for a 4 x 4 canopy - if you want to grow a few small plants under it and not utilize the full space it would be fine

minimum Id run 600 watts - but a 1k would blow that tent out very nicely

Yea, I'm in an apt so I figured 400 watts would be ENOUGH heat to worry about.. Probably won't be doing but 3 maybe 4 plants but all the diff size tents are basically the same price and the light is 150 Wit 50$shipping..I paid more than that for the T5 fixture :doh

This will be my 4th grow next..think I did pretty good fim in on my last 4 oz from 2 plants of chem dog..hopefully with the tent and my trying out scrog next I thinking I should see pretty good yield for personal..I'm still learning
