Thank you. Us seed growers need to know this too. I inadvertently broke off a number of tap roots last year trying to peel off the netting on Jiffy pellets. Outdoor grow. Did not pay attention to which were which and could not tell at harvest time. Maybe I'll tag them if it happens again.Clones behave like they were topped, where there is no main tap root. They're called adventitious roots if you want to do a deep dive on google. So remove the long tap root from my drawing and put about 20% more shallow root mass at the top of the pot.
I left this out of my explanation because the OP is dealing with seeds, but that's a great shout out. Young clones definitely need a different watering practice than seedlings, they are much less tolerant to dry backs.
Thnx! Yes, planning to flip them sunday or mondayNice n healthy. Be flowering soon id guess.![]()
I'll try to do daily updates, and currently popping some new seeds for tent #2Sounds good man. This will be fun to watch.
12/12 from a 2wk veg. Sounds like @Coconutz way of growing.Yes, New seeds popped for tent #2.
5x critical and 1x watermelon all from royal queen seeds.
They just went in 0.7 liter pots,
I think i give these 2 weeks veg, and then go 12/12. I'm going for short veg so i don't have difference in humidity for both tents in my small growroom.

Light maybe is a touch high, you want the leaves flat at a 90 degree angle, the back right is almost there, other than thatHii everybody!
i'm new here and want to show you my grow progress. English is not my first language, but i'll try.
I recently bought a spider farmer 120x120 with the g5000 led light. This is the second time in my life i try to grow my weed. First time was about 10 years ago, and i did 370grams in a small tent.
Currently i have 5x white widow and 1 sherbert queen, all feminized. they are in 5 gallon fabric pots, with lightmix from plagron en the nutrients from plagron.
Untill today the looked great in my opinion, but today they look 'weak'? And some leafs have small 'rust spots'
The light is 50% at 40cm now, When i give water ph is 6.3 EC is 0.55
Temp daytime is 25celcius 55%Humidity
Night is around 20celcius 60%humidity
Let me know what you think, thnx!
Greetings from 420Captain
Here is a pic from today just before the light.
