48 hours of darkness before harvest good?

Never done it but I was wondering if it is beneficial or not

I was taught to do that on the theory it frosts up the plants, old habbits are hard to break but will not harm your plants.

Thank you for the feedback I don’t think it has done any harm to that lady in your picture im nearly at the stage im gonna give it a try so from lights off last time 48hrs from then on?
