After a few years crossing different strains, starting accidentally with stressed out auto flower i got in a seed order mixup. Im on my 4th generation - starting with

2024 outdoor
- X auto x golden gate haze

2025 outdoor
- X/GGH (Auto Male) x Agent Orange

2 of those seeds for 2025 indoor
- Slippery Dan
- Bummer Dan

Which were both pretty great.

Then I used some of the leftover (frozen) pollen from the 2025 outdoor Auto male on both. Slippery had the better buds but her seeds were mostly immature.

Started 2 of those

2026 indoor
- Son of Bummer Dan (male)
- Daughter of Slippery Dan

Now, I just harvested the son of Bummer Dan (started flowering in the tent and threw it outside during the day when it was warm enough)
And the Daughter of Slippery is 2 weeks into flower - so I plan on using his pollen on her tommorrow.

In order to do what? Im not sure.

I have many many seeds already - and so many lines to chase down already, but...
Im already happy with what Ive been producing, and there are definitely some auto genes in there (50% of the last batch - and this next one, I think)
So maybe someday Ill manage to stabalize an auto strain out of these - if I can work out the STS spraying (no luck so far)

What is the name of Slippery Dans daughter?
Wet Suzy.💦 Slippery Sally. 🤦🏼
Not that it really matters yet, nothing stabilized, the names are just for me to keep track of things (might as well be numbers) but...the first batch of names came from "deadwood"
And this gen is from "o brother where art thou"
ive labled the male "Big Dan T" and the female "Ulysses"
Ill have to give any final naming some more thought (if everything works out)

Branches arent dry yet, but good amount of pollen just caught on the parchment.

Gave the female a dusting tonight, shes 2 weeks into flower now - probably good timing.

I have the strawberry cough in the flower tent too and its way too far into flower to pollenate now - as much as I wanted to. So i tried to be careful but...i may end up with a few immature seeds on her.

Both tents over crowded now, this week of cold weather has me all jammed up. Maybe next week

Oh yeah forgot to tell you - for a number of reasons, I gave up on the female (daughter of Slippery Dan) - mostly just poor planning on my part. I ran out of room, like really out - and had to make some choices.

She was kinda sparse and had little smell to her, so couldnt afford the space right now. I took two clones just in case i want to try again, I have them in time out under some table lights - enough to live but not actually grow (and a strawberry cough that was supposed to go to a new home but didnt)

Because - my flower tent is full full.
Ive grown plenty of sativa dominant strains before but these two will not stop stretching (mostly the green crack) Trying my best to keep them off the light, but its tough.

The Strawberry cough (clone mother) is shaping up, has a very different flavor profile than what Ive been working with lately so I lm pumped

So, I have the pollen from "Son of Bummer Dan" in the fridge, Ill grow up one of the clones someday soon and give it another shot. But I guess this generation is on pause until then, because all my space is taken until I can get outside.
