4wk flower cfl. thoughts advise welcome

ok peeps, change of plans once again but at least i got rocking again!! my lil girls are 4wk into flower under 250w red cfl, iconic nuets start to finish have a look and see what you guys think, thoughts advise tips hints always more than welcome!! only my 2nd an 3rd plant grown!!!

ps the last plant i did i vegged for 11wk, she looked stunning for a first timer but i had major size problems towards the end - she turned into a proper beast, my box is only 2ft x 2ft x 1mtr!! so this time i 'over' compensated an vegged for 3 wk before flipping. still on the learning curve before i get my tent an throw 10 or 12 in!! i'd rather goof on 1's or 2's till i get settled.
