I agree with dean1963. If you don't see pre-flower by the 5th week, it's doubtful that it's an auto.

Friend of mine popped 2 autos like Halloween and they took a solid 8 or 9 weeks to flower.

Autos are wonky as all hell and not even worth the hassle imo.

They can look good but the problem is that you to make autos you need to cross with ruderalis and ruderalis has 0 thc so it takes away from the ounch which to me makes growing them pointless

totally understand, it’s just I got them and I never knew what they were. So the best thing for me to do is just turn the lights to 12 to 12 soon.

Don't flip to 12/12 unless you're certain they aren't autos, cause in my opinion youll just shoot yourself in the foot doing so.

was speaking to a man in the grow shop and he says to me to put my intake fan at the top of my tent as water in the air will drop down but mines been fine at the bottom just a vent open and seems to be ok

Heat rises so you want to exhaust from the top and draw in cooler air from the bottom.
Look into topping your plants and have a look at LST.

i done that yesterday and I am doing LST now they seem to be ok now i just need tell they are female

Yeah i wouldnt do that. Like steamroller said, heat rises and cold air sinks so it only makes sense to exhaust from the top and pull fresh cool air in from the bottom.
