So in 5th week of flowering and found 1 leaf like this ? Any thoughts on what it is and any corrections I should make would be appreciated

No clue on the leaf as I'm new grower too. But, MESA? As in Mesa AZ?

well the plant looks perfectly fine,. ignore and proceed forward, though stop taking off fan leaves because if this issue was serious she would go through what’s left in a hurry,.
