Lol I wish I was a master at Aquaponics. I have been at it for like 15 yrs now researching and proving people wrong.. if you know what I mean. BUT thanks to this forum and Running into @Aqua Man literally saved all my life of research from a simple thread of watering coco..
Had to harvest a girl tonight. Only 3 weeks into flowering but too much rain and humidity and plus she is a hermie. So when the male flowers dies off spores grew on them.. and I got early bud rot.. so I bit the bullet and harvested.View attachment 1295431View attachment 1295432
O well got 2 more hermies as well.. lol I got the worst or best luck.. not sure

But if it’s 1/4 thick and nozzles are 1/4inch thick
Or I use a thumbtack or so Punch 210 holes in the bastard aligned with the cups

As a temporary fix until you get a new sprayer or something else figured out, you could always use a tub or tote filled with the water/nutrient mix, then take them all and dunk them 2 at a time. That's how I watered all my hemp starts before I planted them in the ground. Just used a 40 gallon tote.
Might not be as easy using plastic cups but I saw they've got holes in the bottom, just put your fingers over the top so the soil doesn't spill out when you dunk
