The stems of my plants seem to be getting too high. One has now started to droop away from the light because of the stem size. What can I do?

support it with some kind of small stake (e.g. meat skewer) - or if growing in some soil or coco you can plant it deep in the medium so that most of the stem is covered...

It's in rockwool. I put some pipe cleaner in. This will be hydro

ambient temps above 80 can cause stretching too or a too warm root zone also.,
the light too.

Put a small fan blowing on them. They need a breeze to make the stems stronger.
