6 days into after germination droop

The stems of my plants seem to be getting too high. One has now started to droop away from the light because of the stem size. What can I do?

Like the stem is bending because it's too high I think. I'll post a pic

support it with some kind of small stake (e.g. meat skewer) - or if growing in some soil or coco you can plant it deep in the medium so that most of the stem is covered...

It's in rockwool. I put some pipe cleaner in. This will be hydro

It's now upright. But are the stems supposed to grow so high up?

get the light closer... they're stretching for more light

ambient temps above 80 can cause stretching too or a too warm root zone also.,
the light too.

Put a small fan blowing on them. They need a breeze to make the stems stronger.
